2010 COACHES CORNER
Welcome to the Lincoln Trojan 2010 baseball season. As I begin my 9th year with this program, another long off-season comes to an end. The overall goal this year… a trip to Port St. Lucie.
This year’s tryout brings new excitement with great talent for the future. It has also shown the maturity and hard work of our upper classmen. We are ready to implement our plan and unify our teams toward one goal. Together, we will strive for excellence!
Compete! Every day, we must compete!!! We must believe that if we truly fight for what we want to achieve, we will be winners. “Winners are simply willing to do what loser’s won’t” -- this is our motto and what we strive to accomplish every day.
Our goal throughout this program is to prepare our boys to be physically and mentally stronger as they enter adulthood. Through athletics, as well as academics, our student athletes will learn valuable lessons that will enable them to succeed in life. Competition is not something to fear, but to embrace and understand that it drives us to be the best that we can be.
We are blessed to be part of such a great program with outstanding facilities, committed fans, volunteers, and staff. Many thanks to all who live, sweat, and bleed for the Lincoln Baseball program.
Through hard work and determination, the 2010 season will take us one step further to reaching our goals. Remember to enjoy the process and every step along the way, for this will define us as a program.
Thanks again for joining us this season and good luck to all.
Go Trojans!!!
